On Boarding and Exit Interviews
Onboarding and Exit interviews – By providing our services, to your employees, you are enhancing the knowledge and usefulness of your plan to them. Here at Blue Line we have spoken with many clients over the years that have recently arrived at their company and have never spoken to anyone about their investment plan, or how to use it, or what their options are with their previous plans. We have over 10 years of experience working with 401k plans and know how disorienting this can be. We offer these interviews as a free service to your employees to educate them on your existing plan options, and for those that are moving on, what their options are going forward.
We want to make it clear that we do not sell product to employees, we earn our fee by helping your employees to use and understand their 401k and other retirement plan investment options, beyond what they will get if they were to call the provider itself.
How I increase employee loyalty; Our experience in working with Employers.
Hi, This is Phil Eldredge, the founder of Blue Line Financial Management. I want to tell you a little bit about the work that I have done with some of the largest employers around the country. I understand what it is that employers want for their employees; real help which leads to increased employee loyalty, because there is a genuine benefit that has been provided by their employer. That is my philosophy as I work with the employees of the firms that we partner with.
One of the most common things I would hear from employees was the phrase, "I know you cant tell me how to invest". In my opinion there is a big gap between what employees need and what they get when they call the 800 number.
I am passionate about this because there is a better way, much better. I guarantee that I never have and never will sell products to your employees.
I teach, advocate, educate and manage.
When a client wants me to manage their personal investments we do it for the lowest fee available. guaranteed.
Here are a few of the companies whose employees I have worked with over the years. I have met with them on the phone, in person, in their offices, and seen what they do and how hard they work.
